WELCOME TO THE CLUB

This summer we are happy to offer your child/ children a fun, adventturous, action-packed, educational experience from our youth development professionals who have prepared this summer to encompass a wide array of activities and programs to peak their interest.

Your child will also be able to participate in organized recreation, sports and fitness, and art programs. Our camp will feature a week long Bulls Basketball Camp and a wekkly multi-media program for a select group of participants. we will provide your child/ children with lunch and a snack, five (5) t-shirts for each day of the week and one drawstring bag to help complete the summer  day camp experience.

All Programs will operate from June 15, 2009 to August 21, 2009. The club will be closed July 3, 2009 in observance of the Independence Holiday. we look forward to sharing this great experience with you and your child/ children!

$330.00 Active Members

membership must be up- to- date by 5/15/ 09 or full fees applies

PAYMENT

Full payment due by 6/12/09, (no fees will be collected during Summer Day Camp).

$30.00 for Entire Summer

  • Both sevices for $50.00  (save $10.00)

Parent Information

Proof of Age

All 6 & 7 year olds must provide proof of age 

NO CHILDREN AGES 6 & 7 WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER WITHOUT PROOF OF AGE.

Late Charges :  After 5:15 p.m., a late charge of $1.00 per minutes will be assessed( not to exceed $15.00 for the day.) All fees must be paid before your child next stay at the club.

Membership Cards:  Members must bring their membership card everyday to the club.

Please make sure that you inform your child/ children to keep up with their t-shirts. We will not have many additional shirts for sale.

ALLLERGIES & MEDICATION

If your child/children have allergies or is/are taking medication, please make sure the detailed information is included on the application and staff is made aware . We will need a note from your child's physician stating all known allergies and medications your child is taking prior to the start of Summer Day Camp. This document will be kept on file.

Youth 1st Counseling 

The services we provide to the clients and their families afford a better quality of life within the community.  Youth 1st also serves as a positive intervention in assisting our children in dealing with the everyday stressors of living in an urban environment.  As a agency we provide many therapeutic activities that our youth are excited to participate in such as:

  • Back to School activities
  • Group Talk Sessions
  • Ski Trips
  • Holiday Parties
  • Skating Parties
  • Bowling Outings
