When is the 9th Ward office open?

The 9th Ward office is open as follows:

Monday  9 A.M. - 7 P.M.

Tuesday through Thursday  9 A.M. - 5 P.M.

Friday  9 A.M. - 3 P.M.

Saturday  9 A.M. - 1 P.M.                        

 

How can I get an appointment to meet with Alderman Beale?

For many constituents, it is more convenient to meet in the 9th Ward office than in the City Hall Office. To schedule an appointment please call Julia Bussell, Office Manager at (773) 785-1100.  

Is the Alderman available for walk-in appointments?

Alderman Beale hosts "Residential Night" every Monday between 4:00pm and 7:00pm. Residents are welcome to walk-in and meet with the Alderman on a "first come, first served basis". Please note on rare occassions, Residential Night is cancelled; please call us on Monday morning to confirm.

How can I get Alderman Beale to speak at my block club meeting or community organization?

Alderman Beale is eager to meet with all constituent groups, pending his availability of course.  To schedule Alderman Beale to speak at your next meeting, call (773) 785-1100 or click on the link below (electronic meeting scheduler) and complete the online form.

 

 

 What do I need to do to attend a Chicago City Council meeting?

The City Council usually meets once a month on a Wednesday, beginning at 10 A.M. in City Council Chambers, 121 North LaSalle Street.  If you call us at (773) 785-1100 at least two weeks in advance, we can tell you the date of the next meeting and help you reserve seating.
